The Vigilante in me just suddenly kicked in after reading this. -> Arbitrary detention and extortion by officers of Police Station Number 3 in Barangay Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City.
I just can't imagine that people could be this evil. We should know our rights and the law. If this had happened to my mother, I will make sure that those good for nothing scum bag pay on what they have done.
